Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Security

All purchases on the Website are effected by Worldpay via Pay360 by Capita and their secure Servers. All credit card information is transmitted directly to Pay360 by Capita via secure encrypted links. You can look for the locked padlock icon on your Browser to verify that your connection to us is encrypted (usually the bottom right of your Browser window). Your credit card number is never sent to our Server, but is passed directly from your web browser to Pay360 by Capita for validation via a secure link.

Personal information that you may supply to us is stored in a password-protected format to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of the data. As mentioned above, your credit card number is not sent to our Server nor is it stored by us when received when taking and processing orders made to us by telephone. Where appropriate, e.g., when credit card information is being transmitted, the connection to us is made over an encrypted link. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Consequently, whilst we are committed to continued best efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us in connection with our on-line product sales, and you transmit such information to us at your own risk.

Remember that you should never send any of your personal and private details nor passwords to us nor to anyone else over the internet in e-mail messages as these are transmitted in free form text which cannot be encrypted and are therefore not secure.

Similarly you should not use nor do we accept private and sensitive information such as credit card and personal details over a mobile / cell phone link as these also are not secure.

A Reminder:

NEVER FORGET THAT whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information on-line on the internet - for example on message boards, through e-mail, or in social media and chat areas - that information can potentially be and often is collected and used by others without you necessarily knowing about it. In other words in case you give personal data on line that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited communication from others in return.

Ultimately you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords and/or any account information. Therefore please be careful and responsible in disclosing any personal information about yourself whenever you are on-line.
